1. Overview

AI Room Planner is an AI-powered interior design tool. By using our Service, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms of Service. This policy protects the safety, security, and integrity of the Service and all users.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use AI Room Planner to:

• Generate AI-redesigned images of real residential or commercial interior spaces.
• Explore design styles, color schemes, and furniture arrangements for personal or professional use.
• Use generated designs for personal projects, client presentations, or commercial interior design work (subject to plan license terms).

3. Prohibited Content & Uses

You must NOT use the Service to:

• Upload NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit images — all uploads are subject to automated content moderation.
• Upload images of people, faces, or human subjects — this Service is for interior spaces only.
• Generate harmful, violent, or hate-based content via text prompts or image inputs.
• Attempt to bypass content filters through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or obfuscated imagery.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes, including copyright infringement or generating deceptive content.
• Abuse the free tier through automated scripts, bots, or coordinated multi-account usage.
• Resell or redistribute AI credits obtained through the Service without written permission.

4. Content Moderation

All prompts and uploaded images are automatically screened by a multi-layer content moderation system, including real-time review via the Creem Moderation API. Inputs that trigger safety filters are automatically blocked and not processed.

We operate a Fail-Closed content safety policy: if our moderation systems are temporarily unavailable, generation is blocked rather than permitted, ensuring no unsafe content is ever processed.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without prior notice. In cases of serious violations (e.g., NSFW uploads, abuse attempts), paid credits may be forfeited without refund at our sole discretion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
