Terms of Service for AI Room Planner

Scope of Services

AI Room Planner provides users with automated interior remodeling visualizations using artificial intelligence. Our services are intended for both personal and commercial use, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms and the credits associated with your account.

Credit Packages, Pricing & Usage Rights

AI Room Planner operates on a transparent, one-time credit purchase model (pay-as-you-go) without recurring subscriptions or automatic renewal charges. Each credit pack purchased grants you a specified allocation of high-resolution AI redesign renders. Purchased credits do not expire and remain accessible in your account balance indefinitely. Paid credit packs include full commercial usage rights for all generated designs. In the event that optional recurring subscription plans are introduced in the future, customers will be clearly notified at checkout, billing will occur on a disclosed recurring basis, and users may cancel their subscription at any time prior to renewal via account settings.

Authorized Access and Use

You are permitted to access and use AI Room Planner solely through the website and as intended by us. You may not access or use our services in any automated manner, including but not limited to scraping, employing browser extensions, or utilizing any other methods that may put excessive strain on our computing or hosting resources. You are also prohibited from using the generated images or outputs for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models or creating a competing or similar service.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The legal landscape surrounding the copyright and intellectual property rights of AI-generated imagery continues to develop globally. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we grant you full rights to utilize, display, and commercially exploit images generated using your purchased credits. We make no representations or warranties regarding the absolute novelty or exclusivity of AI-synthesized outputs.

User-Provided Content

By uploading room photos to AI Room Planner, you retain all ownership rights in your original photos. You grant us a limited, worldwide license solely to process and transform your images to deliver the requested redesign service. We do not sell your uploaded photos to third parties. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary permissions and rights to upload and process the photos submitted to our platform.

Data Storage and Account Deletion

While we make every effort to maintain the security of our platform and temporary render storage, users are strongly advised to download and save their generated designs promptly. If you request account closure or data deletion, any remaining unused credits and associated records will be permanently removed in accordance with our data retention practices.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Room AI Planner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of AI Room Planner, including, but not limited to, claims related to copyright infringement or intellectual property rights.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the real-time provisioning and significant cloud GPU computing costs required for AI image generation, credits that have already been utilized for completed room redesigns are non-refundable. However, we maintain clear consumer protection and cancellation terms: (a) Unused Credit Packs: If you purchased a credit package and have not spent any of the credits, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase; (b) Double-Take Guarantee & System Failures: To ensure complete satisfaction, every paid room redesign includes a 2-minute Double-Take Guarantee permitting one (1) free instant variation if you are not fully satisfied with the result. Furthermore, if an image generation fails due to a verified platform error, the credit is automatically returned to your account balance, or fully refunded if unresolved; (c) Accidental Duplicate Charges: Any duplicate charges caused by checkout network glitches are refunded immediately. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via our authorized Merchant of Record partners (Waffo / Creem).

Acceptable Use & Content Standards

You agree to use AI Room Planner only for generating interior visualizations that are lawful and appropriate. You may not use our services to create, upload, promote, or disseminate any images or prompts that:

• a. Contain sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult/NSFW content;
• b. Promote violence, gore, self-harm, hate speech, or harassment towards individuals or groups;
• c. Involve Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexualization/exploitation of minors (strictly prohibited with absolute zero tolerance, reported immediately to law enforcement and NCMEC);
• d. Involve deepfakes, face swapping (Face Swap), nudification (Deep Nude), impersonation, or generating images of real persons without their explicit authorization;
• e. Violate applicable laws, regulations, third-party copyrights, registered trademarks, or intellectual property rights; or
• f. Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, reverse engineering, or circumventing platform content safety filters.

We reserve the right to remove violating images, immediately suspend offending accounts, forfeit remaining credits without refund, and report unlawful activity to competent authorities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of AI Room Planner are governed by the laws of USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Payments on AI Room Planner are securely processed and fulfilled by authorized Merchant of Record partners (including Waffo and Creem). Our MoR partners provide end-to-end payment encryption, handle multi-currency transactions, apply local sales tax/VAT compliance, and deliver immediate credit fulfillment upon purchase confirmation.

Underlying AI Model & Technology Disclosure

AI Room Planner explicitly discloses that all image generation services are powered by industry-standard AI models including Flux, specifically fine-tuned for architectural fidelity and photorealistic room remodeling. We do not provide, host, or allow deepfake generation or unmonitored raw model access.
