At AI Room Planner, we want you to be completely confident in exploring our AI interior design tools. Because our services rely on dedicated, real-time GPU cloud computing clusters, this policy outlines the terms and conditions for credit purchases, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Nature of Digital Goods & GPU Computing
When you generate an interior redesign render, cloud GPU hardware is instantly provisioned and consumed. As a result, credits that have already been utilized for completed AI generation tasks cannot be reversed or refunded.
✓ 2. When Are You Eligible for a Full Refund?
We are happy to provide a 100% money-back guarantee in the following situations:
- a. Unused Credit Packs: If you purchased a credit package and have not spent any of the credits, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.
- b. System/Technical Failures: If a payment was processed but credits were not credited to your account, or if a persistent system outage prevented you from generating images, we will issue an immediate refund or credit compensation.
- c. Accidental Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged more than once for the same checkout order due to a network glitch, all duplicate charges will be refunded immediately.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line 'Refund Request - [Your Checkout Email]'. Please include your order receipt number from Creem. Our support team reviews and processes requests within 24-48 business hours.

4. Merchant of Record & Payouts
All transactions are securely handled by Creem, our authorized Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are credited back directly to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and typically reflect on your bank statement within 3-7 business days depending on your issuing financial institution.
